2009-10 Parent Campaign Begins
Over the next two years, Ursuline must raise $2.9 million to complete funding for all Campus Renewal projects. Because tuition only covers 86% of the total cost of an Ursuline education, an additional $1 million is also needed each year to meet annual operating costs.

French Family Center, Music Building...
Just over a year in construction, the new 70,000-square-foot French Family Science, Math and Technology Center opened for the start of the school year on September 8. A new music building has also been completed on the west side of campus, adjoining the Ursuline Center for Performing Arts. Campus renewal continues this fall with major renovations for classroom and lab spaces vacated with the move of science classes to the French Family Center.

The new 70,000 square-foot French Family Science, Math, and Technology Center opened this fall. A new Music Building has also been constructed on campus, completing a vibrant hub for performing arts at Ursuline Academy. Now work has begun on extensive campus renovations to transform more than 15,000 square feet of older facilities into 21st century learning environments.

Need Remaining: $4.2 million

Campus Renewal and Sustaining Annual Giving are fundraising priorities for the current school year. A third campaign goal area – Growth in Endowments – remains vital to the Ursuline mission and will be a focus for future support. The Ursuline Academy financial assistance program strives for a socioeconomic balance that reflects the wider community. Growth in our Scholarship Endowment will enable us to offer more support to deserving students.
