 | Growth in Endowments: Scholarship Endowment | A diverse learning environment enriches the educational experience. The philosophy of Ursuline's financial assistance program is to strive for a socioeconomic balance that reflects the wider community. Growth in scholarship funding will enable Ursuline to offer more assistance to deserving students. |

• With current resources, Ursuline is able to fund, on average, only 50% of any individual student's total need amount.
• In 2009-10, needs-based financial assistance will account for 92% of total scholarship funding.
• Significant growth in the Scholarship Endowment will allow Ursuline to fund higher levels of need, as well as a greater number of full scholarships for qualified and deserving students. |
