Campus Renovations
In addition to new construction, a key component of Campus Renewal is renovation. Completed in January 2010, renewed facilities at Ursuline now feature updated building systems, new audio visual technologies, and ergonomic furniture and fixtures.

In total, campus renovations have transformed approximately 15,300 square feet of learning space, creating more classrooms for academic programs. Hallways have been enlarged to include new student gathering areas.

Classrooms and labs located in lower Main Hall and Cass Hall, spaces vacated with the move of Sciences to the French Family Center, have been converted into new classrooms for English, Journalism, and Theology. A new faculty office suite has been created on the first floor of Cass Hall. The bookstore, Bear Necessities, has also been relocated to a larger, renovated, and more accessible space in the lower level of this building.
